You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Payments (if any) are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi). We do not store full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of those providers. Prices and offerings may change without notice.

7) Prohibited Conduct

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, at our discretion.

AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
